I had this tuna salad one day from Whole Foods and LOVED it! So I found the recipe on-line! I am not a huge fan of Tuna but I make this atleast once a week for lunch! It is so easy and tasty!
Ingredients
4 oz Solid White Albacore Tuna
2 tbsp Onions, Red
2 tbsp Organic Mayonnaise
2 oz Dried Cranberries
1/4 tsp Sea Salt-fine
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/8 cup Parsley
Directions
blend all ingredients together
